We have reserved a block of rooms at the Coast Santa Cruz Hotel, telephone +1-800-716-6199 (national chain number for reservations) or +1-831-426-4330 (local number at the hotel desk). IMPORTANT: Please reserve by telephone and identify yourself as part of the reservation for “RHESSI Workshop” — this will get you a much better rate and will also make sure we fill our reservation (since this is summer at a beach town, we are required to pay for 80% of our reserved rooms whether we fill them or not).
To help plan your reservation:
We expect group leaders to be available all day on Monday the 25th; the plenary sessions and group meetings will begin on the morning of Tuesday the 26th. The final sessions will end by 3pm on Friday the 29th.

If you would like to stay in Santa Cruz after the conference (and who wouldn’t?), we suggest switching your accomodation to the Ocean Pacific Lodge, a reasonable motel nearby, since the special rate we are getting at the Coast Hotel does not extend past the conference.
